Our journey began 25 years ago when an industry professional, Bob Erhardt, recognized a need for better quality products and services for automotive extended warranty programs. His dedication to delivering outstanding customer care derived from traditional family values in which trust, transparency and dependability were more important than contracts and tedious paperwork. To Bob, a handshake was the rule. Peoples Choice Warranty was built with these strong foundations in mind, and we are proud to serve Canadians every day while continuing to reflect and embody Bob’s true character.

In 2020, we joined the Prescience Management family, and in 2023 we reshaped our identity as PMI Alliance Group. Through every chapter, the principles of honesty, integrity, and customer-first service—instilled by our original founder—remain at the heart of our business.

As third-party administrators, Prescience Management remains committed to innovative thinking with the objective to grow the company at large scale and assist even more Canadians with their automotive needs.

Since our acquisition in April of 2020, we were able to focus our efforts on introducing a multitude of new and improved products.
